If you know someone who owns a property and is looking for hassle-free short-let management, refer them to us! It could be a friend, a colleague, or a client.You'll also earn a reward if you're an agent who has clients enquiring about short-let management but doesn't have the capacity to manage the property.
2. Property Owner Signs Up
Once your referral signs up with Elevate Living Estates, we'll take care of everything. From listing optimization, guest management, cleaning, and maintenance to ensuring maximum occupancy and rental income, we'll handle it all.
3. Earn Your Reward
For every successful referral, you'll receive your reward, whether it's a monetary payment, gift card, or discount on our services. The more referrals, the more you earn!

What Time Is Check In & Check Out?Check-in is at 15:00 pm onwards Check-out is 10:00 am If you wish to extend, please give us at least 24 hours notice! This is subject to availability. We can sometimes allow early check-in if there are no previous guests.

Can I Check In Earlier Or Later?In regards to early check-in & Late Check-outs 👇🏻 We can only offer these if available, for example; If there is no one booked before your check-in date or after then we won’t have to get the place cleaned so it’ll be free. But if we have a guest booked and due to leave on your arrival day then we can’t offer early check-in as we need time to get the apartment ready for you. We hope you understand, but we can always confirm the night before so it is best to message us 🙏🏻 This is subject to availability.

How can I extend my stay?Please message us at least 24 hours before or call us. We are always available via text or WhatsApp, you will have our contact details and WhatsApp link once you’ve booked with us.

Do you take security deposits?Yes we do, this deposit is fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit is £200. This is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day or the following day. The deposit takes a few days to be returned, they all depend on Stripe which is our payment processor.
