How do I arrange a payment plan?Simply contact us directly after selecting your dates, and weโll work with you to create a customised payment plan.

Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?Be sure to review the cancellation terms when you reach out to book, if your not sure contact us today

Is the price the same if I choose a payment plan?Yes, the price remains the same. We just offer a way for you to spread out the payments.

What Time Is Check In & Check Out?Check-in is at 15:00 pm onwards Check-out is 10:00 am If you wish to extend, please give us at least 24 hours notice! This is subject to availability. We can sometimes allow early check-in if there are no previous guests.

Can I Check In Earlier Or Later?In regards to early check-in & Late Check-outs ๐๐ป We can only offer these if available, for example; If there is no one booked before your check-in date or after then we wonโt have to get the place cleaned so itโll be free. But if we have a guest booked and due to leave on your arrival day then we canโt offer early check-in as we need time to get the apartment ready for you. We hope you understand, but we can always confirm the night before so it is best to message us ๐๐ป This is subject to availability.

How can I extend my stay?Please message us at least 24 hours before or call us. We are always available via text or WhatsApp, you will have our contact details and WhatsApp link once youโve booked with us.

Do you take security deposits?Yes we do, this deposit is fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit is ยฃ200. This is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day or the following day. The deposit takes a few days to be returned, they all depend on Stripe which is our payment processor.

Are there any special offers?Yes there are! We have a number of special offers available to all guests. You will automatically receive discounts depending on the length of stay (up to 30% off). By booking with us direct, you are also automatically getting prices 15% to 30% cheaper than our prices on booking sites like Airbnb, Booking.com & Vrbo.
